In this case we contact you immediately, during business hours, by both phone and email. Often we can help you find and alternate product. We will have an eta for restock when we call you.

2. Large chandeliers cast iron sinks and bathtubs may take an extra 24 hours to ship due to special handling. These items must ship motor freight.

  2. Plumbing Products Next Day Air Saver- Must be ordered by 5pm EST
    3. - Will deliver the next business day by 5pm local to a business and by 7pm local time to a residence.
  3. World Imports Lighting Ground Shipping- Most World Imports Lighting ship the same day if ordered by 3pm EST. Allow 1-7 days for delivery depending on your zip code.
  4. World Imports Lighting Next Day Air Saver- Must be ordered by 5pm EST
    5. - Will deliver the next business day by 5pm local to a business and by 7pm local time to a residence.
  5. Please Note: Items like bathtubs, cast iron sinks and very large chandliers may not ship until the next morning, because they must be palleted.
  6. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. (Except UPS Next Day Saver is guaranteed to deliver next business day or the shipping cost is refunded.)
