    1. Most UPSable plumbing and World Imports Lighting products ship the same day if ordered by 4pm.
    2. The cut off time for Next Day air is 4:30PM EST
    3. Next Day Air ordered Friday, delivers Monday
    4. Saturday delivery is available. Contact US by Chat, Email Or Phone 866-376-9851 by 4PM.
    5. Motor Freight items like bathtubs or large chandeliers generally ship within 24 hours after they are palletized.
    6. Sea Gull and RAB Lighting ships generally within 48 hours
    7. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. (Except UPS Next Day Saver is guaranteed to deliver next business day or the shipping cost is refunded.)
    8. We offer free ground shipping on most products.
    9. If there are shipping charges (like if you choose NEXT Day Air) they will be clearly stated in your shopping cart and at checkout.
    10. We guarantee there are no hidden handling charges.
    11. Free shipping delivery times are not guaranteed. They will very from 1 to 10 days depending on your zip code.
    12. UPS Next Day Air Saver is Guaranteed to deliver by the next business day by 5pm to a business and 7pm to a residence or the shipping charged is refunded in full. Exceptions to this are delays caused by acts of God like snow storms.
    13. WE WILL EMAIL YOU TRACKING AS SOON AS IT IS AVAILABLE (For plumbing and UPSable World Imports usually by 8pm if we get your order by 3 or 4 PM est. or else the next morning.)
    14. Sea Gull & RAB Lighting tracking will be available the day after the order ships.
    15. A Note on Tracking: your tracking number will not work until the package is scanned at the first terminal the truck stops at. Usually 12 -24 hours after the truck leaves the warehouse.

      Woops! We Sent the Wrong Product Policy

      It seldom happens, but when it happens it is annoying for both of us!
    1. We will pick up the incorrect product at the shipping address or any address you specify at our expense.
    2. If this is not convenient we will send you a label for the product and you can drop it off at UPS or Staples at your convenience.
    3. We will reship the correct product at our expense, AS SOON AS WE CAN TRACK THE RETURNING INCORRECT PRODUCT.
    4. Please note: There are no restock fees on returned incorrectly shipped products.

    Shipping Damage, Defective Products

    Please note: There are no restock fees on damaged or defective products.
      UPS Shipping Damage
    1. If you are home when UPS delivers and you package has obvious shipping damage. Please refuse it (do not sign for it) and have the driver note the damage. Most drivers will wait for you to open the box it appears damaged, if you ask.
    2. We will give you credit as soon as we have confirmation the product was refused for damage.

    3. Please note: All sinks are double boxed with v-board protection between boxes. The outer box may be beat up but the inner box may be fine.
    4. If you are not home and UPS leaves you a obvious shipping damage product. Give us a call. We either pick the item up (at our expense) and give you a credit or we may have you hold it for UPS to inspect (10 days max) and give you a credit.
    5. All shipping damage must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
    6. YOU WILL GET FULL CREDIT FOR THE DAMAGE PRODUCT INCUDLING SHIPPING CHARGES.
    7. We will reship the product when:
      1. In the case of refused products, we reship immediately, with no charges to you.
      2. If we are going to pick the product up, as soon as UPS picks it up and we can track the package, it will be reshipped with no charges to you.
      3. If if is going to be scrapped or held for a freight carrier inspection, we will generally reship immediately, with no charges to you..
      4. Please Note: In the case of products we are going to pick up, you can expedite the reshipping process by ordering a new product. We will then credit you card as soon as the damage product is trackable back to us.

  • BEFORE YOU SIGN TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER, which means you except delivery in as is condition .........All items must be inspected for shipping damage
    PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR ANY ITEM THAT HAS SHIPPING DAMAGE TO THE SHIPPING CONTAINER OR PALLET.

    It is best to open the box and inspect the sink before signing if the driver will allow it. If the driver will not allow you to open the box before signing and you suspect shipping damage, PLEASE note the reason(s) you suspect damage with your signature and get a copy.
  • It will be difficult to get credit for shipping damage, once an item is signed for.
  • Your signature means you accept the item(s) "As Is"
  • Feel free to give us a call while the driver is there, before you sign for your order if you need help.

    Concealed Shipping Damage

    1. All shipping damage must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
    2. If UPS leaves your package when you are not at home and it is damaged please call or email us immediatly.
      Please Note: Do not send us your damaged or defective product. WE WILL PICK IT UP.
    3. Concealed shipping damage and manufacturer defects. If you find concealed shipping damage or a manufacturing defect (like a scratch on the finish, abrasions or other defects the policy is the same. We will send you a new product and pick up the old.
    4. Please Note: Please repack the damaged product so it is suitable for shipping UPS will have the shipping label when they pick the package up.
      Please Note: We may elect to send you replacement parts: Example: chipped porcelain faucet handles or broken lighting fixture glass. (Most lighting fixture glass is in stock at all times!)

      Defective Products

    1. You may return any item you find to be defective in materials or manufacturing workmanship within 29 days of the order date.
    2. You must have a Return Authorization to return a defective product you have accepted delivery on.
      Please Note: Do not send us your damaged or defective product. WE WILL PICK IT UP AT at no cost to you.

      In general products found defective after 29 days are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please call there Toll Free number listed in your documentation. Please Contact US if you have any problem at all getting customer service.

    General Returns

  • You must Contact US to get a RGA number and shipping address for your return.
  • Products can be returned for 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition
  • The product must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Items must have the manufacturer's documents that came in the box.
  • All merchandise can not have been installed
  • You must have the original packaging for the item.
  • There can not be any writing or labels on the packaging for the item.
  • Send your return back by FedEx or UPS
  • You are responsible for shipping damage to your returns. Please insure your shipments. We can not give credit for damaged products.
  • Please keep your tracking number.

  • Please Note: Do not send products to our company headquarters in Maine, unless directed to do so by a customer service representative. Tip: How to avoid shipping damage on your return:
  • If the items you are returning are packaged only in the manufactures original packaging, please leave them in their package AND repack them securely in another box.
  • Double boxing and packing material, as noted above, usually eliminates all shipping damage, but if it does occur we will notify you by phone immediately and email you information on the damage so you can notify your carrier for a claim.

      Restock Fees

      Please note: Restock fees only apply to general returns, not products with shipping damage or other defects.
    • 0% restock fee on all returned Sea Gull Lighting Items.
    • 0% restock fee on all returned RAB Items.
    • 15% or less on all returned Faucets
    • 15% or less on all returned sinks
    • 25% or less on all returned World Imports Lighting Items.
    • Special Order Items (Items we do not stock and where ordered from the manufacturer SPECIAL ORDER) that must go back to manufacturer will also have the manufactures' restock fee applied too.

    • A Word About Restock Fees: In most cases, we ship direct from our suppliers. In the long run, this saves you money because they ship in such a large volume that it lowers the shipping rates for all. This is what allows us to offer free shipping. However, when an item is returned, they do charge us a restock fee, and we must then pass this fee onto the customer.
